About Steve Johnson

I have often dabbled in painting over the years, but never really took it seriously until I joined the art group at the end of 2023. With Amanda's help and advice from the wonderful members I am slowly developing my style. My preference is watercolour - I enjoy the speed at which you can create your art in this medium and sometimes I'm probably a little too enthusiastic and speedy, and mistakes are inevitable, but that's how we learn.... mostly though its just good fun and whilst painting, nothing else matters for a while.
