In August 2023 I was lucky enough to be given a tin of watercolours. I'd never painted before, but I wanted to learn how to mix colours, layer and blend the paint - basically everything about watercolour!

A friend told me about Amanda's art group, so in September 2023, armed with my paper, paints and brushes I joined this friendly, helpful group.

I can honestly say that from day one, I've loved the weekly class. M<y favourite things to paint are animals, especially dogs (as you will see).

I'm constantly learning and hopefully improving my skills.
